Veneer Case This patient had failing veneers on her four front upper incisors. She was never happy with the shape or color. In fact, she lived with these original veneers for about 20 years since they were placed when she was in her early twenties. We suggested porcelain veneers on the upper front six teeth to achieve ideal proportions. Prior to preparing the teeth, a whitening procedure was performed to make the adjacent teeth lighter and make it easier to add more brightness to the veneers. We have shown the clinical after photo taken immediately after the veneers were cemented. The other after photo was on a few weeks after the veneers were placed. It was a pleasure when the patient shared all the compliments she received from her family and friends. |

Bonding Case This patient is in his early twenties. Some of his adult teeth did not develop and he has retained some of his baby teeth. That is why there are so many gaps between his teeth. The most ideal option was orthodontics and replacement of the baby teeth with implants. The patient did not want braces at this time in his life as he was starting a full time position after college graduation. He was interested in a simple quick-fix with immediate results. We placed direct bonding on the teeth. |

Sports Injury Case Emergency root canals, braces, whitening and two crowns. This case was actually completed in 2000 , however, we recently located original 35mm prints and converted them to digital pictures and can share them on the website. The patient injured both front teeth at 15 years old. About half of each front tooth was knocked off and the original picture shows and temporary bonding repair with "injury gray" front teeth. The two front teeth required root canals and were repaired with bonding. There was severe crowding and the patient wanted orthodontics to straighten all teeth. After orthodontics, the two front teeth were internally bleached and all other upper teethed whitened. The second picture shows crowns on the two front teeth. |

Crown Case The patient had a crown on her front teeth for over 30 years. The patient remembers that the tooth "kind of" matched when it was first placed and her teeth became more yellow over the years. There was decay on the existing crown. The patient was not interested in having her teeth whitened. The second picture shows how we used our skill and techniques to make the new crown look as natural as possible. |
